Your Career Coach was created in order to offer high quality career transition services without the costly overheads associated with larger consultancies. True to these principles, our mission is to provide flexible and affordable outplacement and career management services without compromising excellence or customer service. Knowing that each person is unique, we avoid the “one size fits all” approach typically offered by mainstream outplacement organisations.
WHY USE AN EXTERNAL RESOURCE?
Those departing employees offered outplacement services from an external consultancy welcome the impartial support and appreciate having a sounding board for their ideas. Many have given several years of service to their employers and will feel valued, despite their current situation. ABOUT SUE GOULDMAN
Sue Gouldman, the founder of Your Career Coach, has worked in the field of outplacement and career management since 1992.
During this time she has coached and trained numerous individuals from all disciplines and at all levels from hundreds of organisations in both the private and public sectors.
